Open plan style with pull across heavy curtains for privacy.
Fully equipped kitchen with TV - Freeview - Wifi ,comfortable sofas.
Outside private decking, table and chairs with 4 man Hot- Tub looking out towards St Davids .

This spacious and comfortable cottage offers magnificent views of St Brides Bay
and Skomer Island.
The front door opens into a large open plan dining room and fully fitted kitchen. To the right there is a cloakroom. There are two open entrances into the lounge which houses two four seater sofas to enjoy the large screen tv. The lounge has floor to ceiling windows and doors so as to ensure that you are able to optimise the amazing views. The patio doors open onto a large decking seating area - perfect for watching those incredible Pembrokeshire sunsets.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer and plenty of storage units.
The staircase leads to three superking bedrooms all with ensuite facilities.

Beautifully aspected large 3 bedroomed single storey cottage with superior views
of St Brides Bay.
The front door leads you into a large fully fitted kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge freezer.
As you turn left past the kitchen a small step takes you into the spacious lounge which has three comfortable sofas, a tv with all freeview view channels and a view of the coastline.
Turning right you will reach the bedrooms which are all housed on the ground floor.
Each bedroom has a supering bed with ensuite facilities.
Two of the bedrooms are rear facing and one of the bedrooms has side view of the
Pembrokeshire coast line.
The Cowshed

A charming and spacious single storey one bedroom cottage. The front door leads into an open plan design which includes a lounge, fully fitted kitchen and integral breakfast bar.
The kitchen includes a fridge freezer, electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and microwave.
The lounge has a large comfortable sofa and includes a flatscreen tv. Small paved area so you can enjoy a glass of wine outside facing the Courtyard. As you pass the pitch a simple step and door leads you to a king size bedroom. This bedroom can easily accommodate a childs bed or cot if needed. There is further step and door which will take you to a large and luxurious bathroom which has a walk in shower, freestanding slipper bath and a double sink unit.
An ideal, romantic cottage for two. There is a rear door that leads out into the central courtyard. This property has views to the side and a lawned area.
The Millhouse

This cottage is a popular choice for families and friends who wish to stay together. As you enter the front door you are greeted with a large open plan design which comfortably houses a lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen.
The lounge has an exceptionally large sofa designed to allow the whole group to sit together. This area has a flat screen tv with all freeview channels. The fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven/microwave/dishwasher, induction hob and fridge freezer. It also has an additional free standing fridge freezer. The ground floor leads to three of the six bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin room with a crogloft bedroom which houses a superking bed. This room has low beams.
There is a shared ensuite facility.
At the end of the corridor on the ground floor is a further bedroom which has a superking 4 poster bed and a large ensuite bathroom. This room could easily accommodate a childs bed for cot if required. The stairs lead to 3 further bedrooms all ensuite with very comfortable
superking beds.
This cottage has access to a large lawned area to the left which leads to rear decked area - glorious afternoon sun trap – remember the sun cream!
View of St Brides Bay. It also borders the central courtyard on the other side.

Nestled to the centre of the cottages, this well lit, sheltered area has comfortable seating and
two large gas firepits.
• Large concrete serving/bar area (great for food prep and service), with its own washing facilities.
• Astro – turf base so easy on the feet and very cosy.
• BBQ and large wood fired pizza oven.
• Tucked in the corner is a table tennis table.
A great social space for lengthening your days outside in the wonderful Pembrokeshire air and to enjoy those sunsets.
The grounds also have an area for playing 5 a- side football and access to roam throughout the farm.
